Cornstarch Clay

1 c Cornstarch
2 c Salt
1 1/3 c Water

Put salt and 2/3 cup cold water in a pot and bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and remaining water and stir well. Blend the two mixtures together, kneading until smooth and pliable.

Mold the clay into various objects or roll out and cut into shapes using cookie cutters. The clay will dry in several hours or can be baked for two hours at 225 degrees. Decorate with paint when dry. Unused clay can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
