Mock Oatmeal Cookies

2 c Matzo Meal
2 c Matzo Farfel
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Raisins
1 c Nuts; Chopped
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
2/3 c Vegetable Oil
4 x Eggs

Combine dry ingredients. Beat in eggs and oil. Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 1/2 hr. Makes about 4 doz.
