Peanut Butter Surprise Balls

1/2 c Peanut butter;
1 tb Honey;
1/2 c Nonfat dry milk powder;
2 tb Toasted wheat germ;
1/2 c Cornflakes;
Raisins, peanuts, semisweet chocolate pieces or candy-coated chocolate pieces;

To make the dough, put peanut butter and honey in a mixing bowl. Use a wooden spoon in stir until well mixed. Add the dry milk powder, sesame seeds and wheat germ. Stir till well mixed. Put the cornflakes in a pastic bag and use your hands to crush the cornflakes. Sprinkle the crushed cornflakes on a sheet of wax paper. Scoop out a small spoonful of the dough and shape it around a raisin, chocolate piece or candy. Shape dough into a ball, then roll in cornflake crumbs. Make more balls until all the ingredients are gone. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
