Cinnamon Raisin Bread 1lb. loaf frozen bread dough (thawed)
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs. melted butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Combine sugar and cinnamon in seperate bowl. Knead raisins into bread dough. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, gently pulling to stretch it to a 14x17 rectangle. Brush the dough with melted butter. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the dough and lightly pat it into the surface. Roll up the dough, starting with a short end. Pinch the edge and ends to close. Place seam-side down in a greased 8"x4"x5" loaf pan. Cover with oiled plastic wrap. Let bread rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it's 1" above pan. Bake at 350F. For 25 to 35 minutes, or until the bread is lightly browned. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
