Apple Pancakes

1 c Whole wheat flour
1 c White enriched flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Brown sugar
1 3/4 c Milk
2 Eggs
2 Apples, diced

Mix together dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients; mix well, Add diced apples. Mix together. Bake on a hot greased skillet.
